Phenikaa-X AFS 1000, part of the Phenikaa-X Stacker Robot Series, is an automated lifting and material handling system engineered for industrial environments, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics centers. The system is configurable to meet specific operational requirements and can lift to heights exceeding 1.5 meters. It supports a wide range of intralogistics applications, including transporting pallets, trolleys, racks, and various types of materials within factory environments. The robot uses Laser SLAM-based navigation technology, enabling high-precision localization and robust positioning stability. This ensures smooth trajectory execution and safe autonomous movement in dynamic environments. A multi-layer safety architecture is implemented, integrating 2D/3D LiDAR sensors, collision detection bumpers, emergency stop mechanisms, and fork height monitoring and control systems to ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and reliable operation. The system supports communication according to the VDA5050 standard, allowing seamless integration with higher-level control systems such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and existing production control infrastructures. HMI is provided, enabling operators to efficiently monitor system status, manage operations, and perform control tasks.
