It is increasingly regarded as a panacea for the ubiquitous labor shortage and escalating operating costs: automation. However, numerous automation projects either fail before they even started, get off to a very slow start, or incur excessive costs and inefficiencies in execution, rendering them nonviable.
Meanwhile, intralogistics managers in the early stages of their automation projects often face the same challenge: to determine what should actually be automated, they first analyze all available data on their current processes and material flows. Once the decision is made that mobile robots are taking over intracompany transport as part of the automation solution, thus vastly increasing the efficiency of intralogistics, the next mammoth task awaits – distributed across three fundamental questions:

With the thoughtful filtering function, robots can be filtered quickly and easily according to specific characteristics such as vehicle type, load capacity, load type, maximum payload, dimensions, and application area.

The special feature: The Mobile Robot Finder lists mobile robots that are partially compatible with SYNAOS' central fleet management system. Some of them have already undergone SYNAOS' five-stage onboarding process, thus communicating via the VDA 5050 interface standard and are already operating in active customer projects of SYNAOS partners.
